I ordered 2000 series filter and they sent me 5000 series filters, the box is 2000 but inside the box is wrong item very disappointing
I received the filter pods package and with a little effort was able to install all 4 filter pods, however, the instructions that came with my filter unit call for strategic replacement of different pods at different times of the year, with a total replacement only being required annually. You don’t provide replacement pods for sale to carry out the instructions you wrote. It would be nice if those options were aligned, which would improve my shopping experience.
