Bought a fizzpod in ash green directly from this website. The specs provided on this website (and other retailers' websites) were accurate. The bottles are taller than the space available on most fridge doors or shelves. However, they are slim enough to lie sideways. The caps do screw on snugly, so there are no leaks. It's best to chill the liquid (water or what have you); it tastes better that way. I popped in a few slices of blood orange in one bottle and apple in another before adding water into the bottles. After chilling the bottles overnight, I popped each into the maker and carbonated them (only 2 - 3 quick poo pumps). I initially had slight difficulty in unscrewing the carbonation cap until I re-read the instructions which clearly said to unscrew the cap one quarter turn slowly to release excess carbonation. That did the trick. Wow - the infused bubbly tasted so good!!! Cleaning is no problem as I always use a baby bottle brush to wash bottles. I also like being able to re-carbonate the beverage if it goes flat. Good value!!
It does the job >>> water with bubbles, which I got a taste for. Took me a few tries to figure out how hard or soft I should press the CO2 release valve & to tell when the CO2 cylinders are empty. Good Buy.
Needs design improvements in the size of the bottle (too big). Unless if you are using a very large thermos, the amount of carbonated water you make will be more than the average thermos can hold (24 oz). Also the nozzle where the CO2 comes out doesn't always seal properly with the bottle.
