Orders placed and received before 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, are processed the day the order is placed. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST), will be processed the following business day. This applies to in-stock items. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Drinkpod will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
The primary way in which Drinkpod ships our products is via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Shipping. Delivery time with this ship method is usually between 3 and 5 business days once the product ships. We can arrange for expedited Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day shipping for this ship method – but we will need to give you the additional cost on the phone or via email. If you wish to contact us for a quote on just the expedited shipping, please call the office (1-844-374-6576) or send an email to support@drinkpod.com (and include your delivery address). We will let you know what the new shipping cost will be for your expedited request before processing the order.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. You will also receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
Drinkpod calculates shipping based on current UPS / FedEx commercial shipping rate tables, weight of the product and the final delivery destination. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. Please note that all shipping charges are for standard ground delivery within the lower 48 United States, unless otherwise noted. Free ground shipping may be offered at times. Drinkpod cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
