Zero customer service

I only received 4 out of 5 filters. The one they forgot was the RO membrane. So my TDS numbers were still in the 400s. I sent at least half a dozen emails, and left at least half a dozen voice mails and never heard from anyone. So now I'm buying a whole new system since Drinkpod doesn't support their own product.
