Best kitchen investment I've made
I bought a few bottles of sparkling water, different kinds and they all made my stomach hurt. Didn't make any sense. But I don't drink regular water in bottles because of the plastic waste so I assumed it was the fizzy part that made my stomach hurt. It was the water! I got my tap water (through a great filter first) then made my own fizzy water with this great set. It is so easy and cheap! AND NO STOMACH ACHE FROM MY HOMEMADE SPARKLING WATER! I think it was the water all along, not the fizzy part. So, my recommendation is to get a great filter for ALL you incoming water and then make it fizzy yourself. There is a cheap place not sure if I can say it here (SimpliSoda) for 12.99 a bottle. And they take the empty back for free. Saved so much money on the Drinkpod-fizz pod! Wish the cleaning brush would come in it though... it should!

Delightfully shocked and surprised
Originally, when I ordered my first Drink Pod-I didn't think much of the ordering process or product. Simple, quick and uncomplicated. My unit has worked well the entire I've had it and we've saved a TON of money on not buying carbonated water over the last year. I'm writing this review because my fizz pod has been instrumental in lowering my blood sugar. As a woman in my late 30s, this is becoming an issue. What I have done with my Fizz Pod has been to carbonate water, add true lime, true grapefruit and apple cider vinegar to it (not a ton but a little is really nice) and pour it over gelled chia seeds. It makes the most amazing beverage, and the fiber not only blunts my glucose spikes but is also helpful in making sure that I don't have a bunch of toxic garbage sitting around in my gut. Not to be outdone, the crew at drinkpod has been so helpful in helping me order extra bottles, infuser caps and more to make my fizz pot extra incredible. Right now I am drinking about five liters a day of this chia seed beverage and with other small tweaks to my diet I have lost eighteen pounds in the last six weeks. This is a great product, takes up very little counter space and is a staple in our home. I did a lot of research on this different water carbonater options and settled on this one because it is actually designed to carbonate beverages with other than just water in the bottle. The other thing I really like is that the bottles are tall and cylindrical, they just look beautiful and classy. Because they have a smaller base on them, they are able to easily fit in every single cup holder I've ever tried.

Fun was to make your own bubbly beverage
Bought a fizzpod in ash green directly from this website. The specs provided on this website (and other retailers' websites) were accurate. The bottles are taller than the space available on most fridge doors or shelves. However, they are slim enough to lie sideways. The caps do screw on snugly, so there are no leaks. It's best to chill the liquid (water or what have you); it tastes better that way. I popped in a few slices of blood orange in one bottle and apple in another before adding water into the bottles. After chilling the bottles overnight, I popped each into the maker and carbonated them (only 2 - 3 quick poo pumps). I initially had slight difficulty in unscrewing the carbonation cap until I re-read the instructions which clearly said to unscrew the cap one quarter turn slowly to release excess carbonation. That did the trick. Wow - the infused bubbly tasted so good!!! Cleaning is no problem as I always use a baby bottle brush to wash bottles. I also like being able to re-carbonate the beverage if it goes flat. Good value!!

just what a BubbleHead needs
It does the job >>> water with bubbles, which I got a taste for.
Took me a few tries to figure out how hard or soft I should press the CO2 release valve & to tell when the CO2 cylinders are empty.
Good Buy.

Not bad but needs design improvments
Needs design improvements in the size of the bottle (too big). Unless if you are using a very large thermos, the amount of carbonated water you make will be more than the average thermos can hold (24 oz). Also the nozzle where the CO2 comes out doesn't always seal properly with the bottle.

Easy to use, tricky to clean
Overall, we've had a positive experience with the FizzPod - I especially appreciate the ability to "fizz" liquids other than water. It's super simple to set up and use. However, it appears that there is enough of a gap between the clear tube and the silver bottom cover that allows significant impossible-to-reach build up to accumulate from the outside. This wouldn't be a problem if the cover were removable. It is not, and despite numerous attempts, I have unable to remove the unpleasant build up. Other than that issue, we are pleased with the product.

First off it’s not bronze it’s rose gold. I have been trying to exchange this item I am severely disappointed in the customer service I have received from this company. The lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I am trying to exchange an item with confirmation email that my exchange will be done and the new item will be sent to me. Instead I am met with a plain address to send it back to and zero confirmation that this will be exchanged properly.
